This edition of the Trofeo S.A.R. Princes Sofie was gathering more than 1000 sailers and kiters from all over the world and 11 classes
In the ILCA we had 3 Belgians: Emma Plasschaert in ILCA 6 and William De Smet and Anders Bultynck in the ILCA 7.
114 ILCA 6 women competed. Emma, for whom it was the kick off of a new season since her second Olympics, finished in a brilliant 5th place in the Gold fleet at the MR.
William, for whom it also was the kick off of a new season since this first Olympics ended in the 59th Position in the Silver fleet.
Anders, switching this year from the ILCA 6 to the ILCA 7, finished in the 138th position on 174 participants.
